Strategy

We understand that consumers typically shop the ever-changing cost/benefits and often change plans to “save a dollar”. However, CareMore is truly unique, specializing in seniors and offering them a full spectrum of added pro-active care. To avoid the cost/benefit pitfall, we positioned CareMore on the long term benefits of the care model as opposed to the short term medical/cost benefits. The idea being that seniors would value the extra care and attention advocated by the plan, and would remain loyal.
